Welcome to Perpetual Wellness, a site designed to share information about the choices we make each day regarding all areas of our health. We hope to share information that we have learned while we continue to learn from others in the hope of learning how to juggle the many aspects of our wellness. By making more healthy choices in our personal lives, we will have the ability to positively influence others.

We decided on the title ‘perpetual wellness’ because living your best life is comprised of making daily choices in all areas of your life. It’s not just about eating healthy or walking a certain number of steps. Health includes physical, mental and spiritual along with various components of each. Here we can discuss them all and provide suggestions on how to easily incorporate changes to positively impact our wellness.
